This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Hytte i Húsavík, Sandoy

Næsten 200 år gammelt fredet stenhus i den i historiske bygd Húsavík på Sandoy. Du bor tæt på naturen i et gammelt traditionelt færøsk stenhus med græs på taget, vægge af træ og træ- og stengulve. Huset er i en længe, hvor du går igennem ’røgstuen’ (hvor sovepladsen er) ind i stuen (glasstuen). I røgstuen er der højt til loftet, mens der i stuen er lavere, med udsigt over havet. Badeværelse af ældre dato, og et lille køkken med nye elementer og opvaskemaskine.

Spacious new boathouse apartment located at the bay in a small village called Hvalvík on Streymoy. Less than an hour drive to the airport, half an hour drive to the capital and all the other islands. My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Great location on the beach. Located in a peaceful area with sand/stone beach and private dock. On the beach, children can play and catch crabs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
