It was great space- large, clean, comfortable - for our visit to Channel Islands NP. Our only slight feedback was the street parking and leaving most of our stuff in the car. We weren’t sure if we could safely do that in the neighborhood. He assured us it was fine but we hauled our stuff in just in case.

location was excellent and extremely comfortable beds . had everything we needed. Walkable to beach and State Street. If traveling by car it will be quick. We will be back it's extremely beautiful.

Bethany was an amazing host! Very good at communicating and very friendly and helpful. Her place is in a fabulous location. I would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for our family beach stay during Spring Break. Everything was as described. Great location, right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed!

Really nice apartment for 2 - spotless and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Plus it’s in a pretty great location - we played tennis at the free courts a block away and were able to walk to dinner two nights. Will say it is a good building/apartment for all kinds of people from couples to friends to families! Wouldn’t be able to stay again because of the price unfortunately but had a great time.

You will not be disappointed! Perfect for Pepperdine families, 2 miles from campus. Everything you'd want is right there...especially the Pacific!

My husband and I loved staying in this Condo on Carpinteria‘s pristine quiet beach! It is everything that it says it is and what was particularly amazing was Spencer’s Thoughtful and thorough itineraries that walks you through everything. You could see the ocean from the bedroom and it felt like you were right on the beach in the living room. You go down three flights of stairs, and there is the Beach. I am disabled, and I ran into the property manager who lives on site and she was so warm and compassionate. She saw that I was in distress and she just took me by the hand and went all the way up to the condo with me and then came back out and walk me back out to my car into my husband’s hands with the remote that we needed to enter the parking area. She showed us and actually helped us with the luggage cart which is above and beyond. Spencer Has many beautiful properties in this area, and I think I would always trust his listings to be well managed and accurate.

We had a luxury 5 star experience. It’s the best lodging I’ve stayed in Airbnb so far. Heather paid great attention to every detail which was impressive. The photos on Airbnb did not do the rooms and kitchen justice as they were even more beautiful in person. Anything and everything you could think of was available for our comfort. Location was wonderful to take a long walk on the beach or walk the dog in nearby park. Parking is behind the building going up the side of the building, a little tight but fit our 5 seat large SUV well. Would easily stay again if available in future.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

Beautifully designed, clean, cozy, and full of charm — it was just right for our family of three. The space had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the bathroom included nice shampoo and conditioner, which was a thoughtful touch. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and there was even an air mattress for our 4-year-old, which worked out perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This was our second extended winter stay in Julie’s apartment. It was just as nice and convenient as we had remembered it. In addition, the heated pool and hot tub renovations were completed, which made this year even better than last year. Whether it was a hot, sunny day or a cloudy, cool one, the hot tub was SO relaxing. We slept so well on the comfortable King bed and cooked some delicious meals in the well furnished kitchen. The small patio is just right for enjoying an afternoon drink while watching the Acorn Woodpeckers and hummingbirds. A great spot!

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

Lara's place is great. It is all set with all that you need for cooking. The two bedrooms are very private, and both have their own bathroom very near. The best part is the location. You can easily walk all the way to the top of the "plaza portion" of State Street in 30 minutes, and even closer are lots of restaurants and bars. Then, in the other direction is the beach, pier, and marina. We never moved our car while we were visiting. There is also a grocery store 3 blocks away, so easy access to all that you need for a great stay.

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

Alex deserves her Super Host rating. She’s immediately responsive, a very clear communicator, & organized. The condo is clean, including the laundry room & well-appointed. The condo complex is well lit, quiet, & feels safe. Would definitely stay here again.
