Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

We're excited to welcome you to our rental that is a beautiful 2 bedroom - 2 bath located just a couple minutes walk from Butterfly Beach and Coast Village Road. Enjoy the avocado, lime, meyer lemon, orange and fig trees in the fenced yard. We encourage you enjoy any ripe fruit during your stay. Traveling with kiddos? Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.

Montecito Miramar Beach Cottage

Quiet and comfortable one bedroom cottage with everything you need - king bed, full kitchen and bath (glass shower-no tub), spacious living room and private garden patio. The cottage is conveniently located just one block away from the beach or the Rosewood Miramar hotel and just minutes to Coast Village Road for dining and shopping.
