I had a wonderful stay at Mateo’s Redwood Retreat. Surrounded by redwoods with a small brook running behind, it is a perfect place for a restorative retreat. I appreciated the amenities and the proximity to Henry Cowell SP. everything was very clean and well laid out. Mateo was very responsive in his communications and I was so happy that we had a chance to meet in person. He has a lovely place. I hope to return again!

Lisa was a wonderful host. So close to a quite private beach, you can watch the sunset from a cute outdoor seating area that overlooks the coast. The house was extremely clean with literally all the things you could need on the coast. 12/10. 💜🐋

Very peaceful and private studio with everything I needed. Convenient location close to everything, but felt like a retreat. I enjoyed my stay. I didn’t need anything while I was there. The hosts respected my privacy.

Can’t say enough about the attention to detail instructions didn’t have to ask a question once. the amenities of the kayak, e bikes hot tub. lighting and that dyson heater OMG. well put together dwelling cute, intimate, very relaxing. Didn’t get to try brick pizza oven due to short stay but opportunity for next time. space was very efficiently put together with a lot of thought and attention to detail. unwinding by propane fire pit to top it off. Thank you for hosting a memorable home.

What a great guest suite close to the ocean and several beaches. The neighborhood was very quiet. The suite was very spacious! It had a large bathroom, living area, and the little kitchen area was well thought out and stocked with several gadgets. Jane was a fantastic host and a delight to speak with. She made everything easy, accessible, and left a wonderful packet with what to do, restaurants, house instructions and more! The Parks pass was a fabulous perk. We would stay there again!

Amazing views, and amazing patio to read a book early morning, not far from Capitola and Santa Cruz, definitely would stay again!

Notre séjour à Santa Cruz s’est très bien déroulés. Les hôtes était très sympathiques et accuillants. La communication était facile. Le logement était très propre, bien aménagé avec toutes commodités nécessaires.

Sweet little garden level spot on the east side of Santa Cruz; street is kinda on a hill behind doctors offices/hospitals. I really enjoyed my 2 nights there. The place is small and narrow, and there's no dining table to eat/drink inside, but it is made up for by the very large sunny outdoor area. The bed is comfortable, the place is clean, and the hot tub and porch were great and relaxing. I really appreciated the room darkening shades. It's about 12 minutes drive to get to downtown SC or the beach area. There is coffee but no cream/sugar, so I brought my own. :) I did hear neighbors and the family (houses are all very close-by) but it wasn't a big deal. Marie is SO nice and helpful, a fantastic host who helped with any question I had, and they have a sweet dog, bunny rabbit, and 2 cute kids! She is warm and very accommodating, and I wish I could have stayed longer!

We LOVED staying at Jennifer and Will’s place. It was amazing for our cozy anniversary getaway. They were super kind and responsive, and the space had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again! Don’t miss out on the hot tub - a little piece of heaven.

This cabin in the redwoods was like a little piece of paradise, in a beautiful part of Felton. The cabin itself was bright, cosy, clean, well-appointed, and cute to top all that off. Tera and Casey were really friendly and gracious hosts. My favorite part (and there were many!) was waking up to the redwoods bowing over me through the skylights each morning. This is definitely a place I’d love to stay at again!

Our stay at Gabriel’s was a wonderful experience! Not only was the space extremely roomy, but it was also very homey. The location was very convenient as it’s next to lots of hiking and restaurants. Gabriel was also very responsive & kind to any & all inquiries we had during our stay. We will gladly stay again in the future!

Jasper was a consummate professional host. We needed a nice quiet place to relax for the weekend while visiting our adult son, and his two-bedroom unit was perfect. The accommodations were true to the online pictures and description. The place was immaculate and inviting.

Robyn's home is lovely, with a beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all of the tools we needed. Robyn was incredibly responsive when we needed help connecting to the internet and when we needed a few other things. I highly recommend this home for a restful getaway.

The Tree House is magical! I consider my self extremely lucky to have found my new favorite getaway! Everything one needs has been provided! EVERYTHING! Aubrie is kind, attentive and her family is delightful! 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There were absolutely no compromises or downside to this stay! I booked this Airbnb for my parents (both in their 80's) as their home away from home for a two month visit in Santa Cruz. Logistically, everything from the street level entry, one level living, shower with no step-up, sliding door off the bedroom to the park-like back yard, to the heated floors etc... made this an ideal place for them to live easily and comfortably. Pair that with the beautiful, idyllic location about a block from West Cliff Drive along Monterey Bay, & acute detail to comfort and this rental can't be beat! My mom walked miles everyday along Westcliff and picked up lunch a couple times a week from the fantastic & delicious oceanside walk-up restaurant Steamers. Both my parents enjoyed the amenities of the serene back yard with a grill, hot tub, picnic table, fire pit & cozy chairs. My parents come visit for a couple months every year and are excited about returning to this rental in early 2025!

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

Irene and Gary’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. Their hospitality was kind and thoughtful, and the space was cozy with stunning views. Everything felt carefully considered, from the clear directions to the incredibly comfortable mattress that gave us the best sleep. Our weekend was amazing, and this stay made it even better. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

we stayed here for a few days to attend my daughters wedding. we found it to be very convenient location wise a short walk to grocery store and just off the highway..the house is immaculate and extremely comfortable with everything we wanted. great kitchen too!

We had a great stay in this lovely guest house! The area is peaceful and scenic, with beautiful hills around. Inside, everything was very clean and tidy, with plenty of space and rooms. The towel art combined with the house instructions was a fun and thoughtful touch from the host. Just keep in mind there’s no full kitchen, but we knew that in advance. Overall, a wonderful place!

My husband and I spent two nights there to play board games on the big dining table and walk to great restaurants in downtown Campbell. The place was exactly as pictured and described on the listing. The location was great, the space was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Thao was a fantastic host. She’s incredibly detail-oriented—she thought of everything and made all the instructions super clear. We’d definitely stay again!
