Our beachfront community has expanded. Welcome to Casa Madrona a brand new one-bedroom rental under the almond trees located directly on the world-renown Pacific surfing beach of Santa Teresa. The new rental, completed in January 2022, is an elegant Costa Rican getaway built with local materials by local craftsmen. Welcome to Ital Mountain; your own jungle home away from home. You will have your own private villa with your own garden/parking. The beach and centre are just 1km (10 min walk, 3 minute drive) away. The house was built in 2023 and has a convenient kitchen and bathroom, a big sofa and a comfortable bedroom upstairs with view over the jungle.
