This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

This centrally-located house has the best of both worlds— you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). When you need a quiet place to relax, you can return home to sit on the patio while your children play in the yard or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 65” TV.

We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. Welcome to Trekker in Lake George, New York at the base of the Adirondack Park. When staying at our unique resort you will not only experience and see many different types of rentals like treehouses, yurts, earth homes, and cabins but you can explore our wildflower fields, play with our goats and chickens, and observe our honeybee hives. Renter and homeowner share the entrance from the driveway, then each has a separate locked entrance to respective dwellings. Renters enter the apartment through a locked door at the top of the stairs. Window AC units in main living area and the bedroom.
