Zuhanykabinos fürdőszobák, WC-k, felszerelt konyhák. Légkondik, tv-k, ingyen wifi. A garázsban 2 db. autó tud ingyen parkolni, illetve még 1 db. autó közvetlenül az apartmanok elött az utcán, ingyenesen. A kertben fedett kiülő található, grillezés és szalonnasütés lehetséges. Apartamentul se afla la doar 2 statii de tramvai de centrul istoric al orasului, fiind foarte aproape de centrele comerciale.
