Welcome to my childhood home! We renovated our 1950's bungalow nestled in the heart of Fayetteville and hope you love it as much as we do. Perfect for a couple or a group of 4, our bungalow sits on a quiet, tree-covered street at the base of Mt. Sequoyah but is less than a mile from Dickson Street, the historic district, and the University. Enjoy walking to the brand new local co-op, taking a hike on Mt. Sequoyah or scooting downtown! As you arrive at the cabin, you first notice the spacious front deck with private hot tub overlooking the tranquil river setting. Frequent wildlife sightings and the peaceful river view allow for a true vacation. Inside are stylish sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests with all the amenities needed for for a weekend or longer.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.
