The house was great for our family reunion. Plenty of common area to spread out, but areas for all of us to gather. Matt and Amy were very helpful and responsive.

Bird Lover's Paradise! We stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving as we have family in the area and typically stay at the Ritz Carlton. We decided to do something different this year and rent this beautiful home. We don't regret it! We had a very special time relaxing on the lanai, cooking in the well equipped kitchen, and having morning coffee or evening cocktails while lounging in the Adirondack chairs watching the birds. And birds there were! From the backyard we saw: spoonbills, wood storks, bitterns, kingfisher, hooded mergansers, wood ducks, great blue herons, black crowned night herons and osprey. I am sure the birds vary by time of year but just wow! The beds were very comfortable. This is a great place for biking and golfing as well! I cannot recommend this gem of a place enough. Already dreaming up excuses to return!

Horses and nature haven! Very nice farmhouse rental... Accommodations are very large and spacious with plenty of room. Well stocked with all the necessary home furnishings and utensils. Super rustic and fits the beautiful picturesque farm setting. Outside you will find a beautiful sprawling horse ranch, secluded among beautiful nature. Location overall sits in between Okefenokee reserve and minutes from i-95 with 30 min access to Jekyll Island. The host is responsive and provided clear instructions. It was easy to check in even though we were getting late due to storms. We would love to come back and enjoy the serenity of this beautiful ranch.

We booked this house for our annual family vacation, there were 12 of us, we each had our own space, the house was very comfortable. It had all the amenities you would need for a large group. Pamela was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs and always responded to our calls.

Absolutely loved the house. Updated bathrooms and very comfortable living space made the house really awesome. The pool and trout river were great for easy entertainment. The kids swam daily in the pool and we even had great luck fishing in the backyard! Location is convenient for shopping and dining options. I found that we could get to all of our destinations within 30 minutes with most only being 10 minutes. We didn’t get to go to the zoo, but it was only 5 minutes away! We had two minor issues and the hosts were exceptionally responsive and had the issues promptly resolved which was perfect and top notch. If I had a single issue with anything is that the location has a train that runs periodically and a building up the river has a loud intercom system. I’d say you’ll hear both of these a couple times a day but they aren’t a big deal. If we stay in Jacksonville again, we would absolutely book here again! Wish we would have spent more time fishing in the back yard!

Easy to find. Nice and secluded. Host was very responsive. Right by the water. Right by the interstate so easy to get places ( far enough from the interstate that it isn’t noisy )

We booked this house for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at for our wedding. It was beautiful and very clean. It’s in a great location to lots of great restaurants and shops. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

I absolutely love this house and the location. Great location! Way better than staying in a hotel and cleaner than a hotel room. Beautifully decorated! I slept like a rock in the comfy bed! My wife and I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. There is nothing forgotten as far as amenities. We had everything we needed. Katie was and is a great communicator from the start of my inquiry for information about the house through to the end of our stay. Definitely will stay here when again. I LOVED IT!

The place was very cozy, and Ben did a great job of communicating with me during the stay. He even helped me with a delivery while I was there.

Million dollar views! The home is lovely. Each of the beds is comfortable, plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen is well equipped. What more could you want? Wait a minute -- the views! The back of the living area is a wall of glass overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Waking early, I sipped my coffee as I watched the sun rise over the ocean, listening to the birds singing and the gentle sounds as the tide rolled in. The beach is a short walk away. It's a wide stretch of the beach and was mostly empty when we walked it in the early evening. Fernandina Beach is such a nice beach town and we enjoyed a wonderful lunch and afternoon of shopping. You'll enjoy your stay here!

Great area, amazing place Nakita even accommodated an early check in ! Would definitely come back & stay again

This is the first year, we had a lengthy stay in this C3 unit and it was wonderful ! From the time we walked in, it was a great experience. Upon arrival, a nice note was left to" enjoy our stay" , and a few bottles of water and ice were available to us. The condo had a pleasant scent/fragrance and was so clean when we walked in. The unit itself was very updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and dishes etc. Nice to have a Keurig coffee machine that had a choice for a pot of coffee, or use with pods. Location of this unit was great for walking to the pier, beach and many restaurants and the sunshine we had sitting on our patio was wonderful. The king size bed is very comfortable, and lots of room for items in the walk in closet and dresser drawers. Extras that were there for our use were, clothes drying rack, 2 extra folding chairs for outside use , ironing board & iron, and hair dryer. Jodi was a great host, and we loved our stay.

Location is great, hosts were super responsive and helpful. Very close to airport and I-95. Apartment is very clean and plenty of towels for guests.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless and beautifully equipped with everything you could need and more. The view of the lake was stunning, and all the thoughtful touches like coffee, sweets, and water made the experience even better. I’m beyond pleased with my stay and truly grateful. This was our first experience with Airbnb. We booked at the last minute and were approved quickly. The instructions on how to get in were sent right away and we were so surprised at how easy it was! This property is a nicely decorated, newer 1-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and we especially loved the comfortable bed and fluffy duvet. Other special touches included 3 nesting tables in the living room (easy to move around), a hamper basket in the closet, and a makeup mirror (close-up) in the bathroom. Also, we had plenty of nice thick white towels. We were very happy to find this because we had so much more room than we would have had in a nearby hotel and the cost was less! It was also very close to our daughter and convenient to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. We enjoyed our stay and will book again the next time we come! Solace Escape's communication with us was great and we really appreciated that since we were new to Airbnb and had many questions! Highly recommend!

The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This place was super convenient for what I needed and they were accommodating for an early check in and late checkout. I will definitely be back if the apartment is available next month.

One of the better Airbnb's my family and I have stayed in, definitely need to read the directions to get there first but once you know it, it's easy to come and go. With some carriers you'll have no signal and there is no internet there, but if you don't mind that it's a great experience. From the house it's about 15 mins to Folkston, 30 mins to Callahan, 1 hr to central Jacksonville, and 10 mins to the Okefenokee swamp entrance, you can book kayaking, boat, and tours in advance. Great place for an semi-isolated family stay.

Perfect home base for our family of three, mainly for birding at Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge, but we also did a day trip to Savannah and had a nice lunch in Darien. Place was easy to find and had everything we needed to do our own cooking.

A weekend full of peace! This beautiful home is one of the most relaxing places we have stayed. Our host Linda was absolutely amazing. She left us farm fresh eggs in the fridge. And cared about every single detail. Definitely will book again in the future!

This air bnb was VERY well stocked with all of the things you could need. Most air bnbs are bare bones but they were very generous with kitchen supplies, toiletries, cleaning supplies etc. very comfortable, we’ve really enjoyed being here.
