On my way, I messaged our host because I had not seen the arrival instructions. They were immediately responsive and helped me find the email, and sent a second set of instructions to be certain I would get in easily. The house was exactly as it was pictured and described and it was perfect for a group of six guys in town to race our sail boat. We know Holland, the restaurants and our way around. Our hosts provided additional choices we were not aware of. Erin was proactive about local trash pick-up and the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful stay after long days out on the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. My three-year-old did not want to leave. She really enjoyed finding frogs by the lake and my teenagers really enjoyed the game room. We enjoyed all the space the home had to offer. Definitely would stay here again in the future.

My family and I were blown away by the house and its surroundings. We were a party of 10 adults attending my nephew's wedding at the Marion Magnolia Farms venue which was about 2 miles away. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Except the food, of course. Plenty of bath towels, blankets, etc. Bring bottled water. The backyard setting adjacent to the lake was tranquil and peaceful. The weather was beautiful for October (high 70's). We spent the evening around the fire pit making s'mores. No mosquitoes or flies. Yay!!!!!!! You literally will not want to leave!!!!!!!!!!!! But we had to get back to reality. For 3 days and 2 nights we were able to escape the busyness of everyday living. Mark’s place was absolutely stunning! Sits right on Gun Lake. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from front to back. Extremely clean & full of whatever supplies you may need. Very communicative & knowledgeable of the area.

Jennifer’s house was incredible for our 2 family vacation. The kids had an amazing time kayaking and splashing in the pool, and it was wonderful that they had plenty of books, toys, and games available. The adults enjoyed the separate living rooms, beautiful back porch, and well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is an uncrowded beach just a mile down the road with easy parking and nearby Holland had plenty of shopping and great restaurants.

Howard is an amazing host. He was super responsive and accommodating to our large group. He had all the amenities that were listed on the property and more! We had more than enough towels and even kitchen appliances, spices, and utensils. His instructions were clear about checking out and our group had a wonderful weekend. We would definitely come back if he’ll have us! Thanks, Howard!

Cannot recommend this place enough!! Especially if you are traveling with young children! Lynelle truly has thought of everything, and we were blown away by all the amenities provided. Also the place was super clean! With a crawling baby, it was such a relief knowing the floors were probably cleaner than my own. 😂 The park across the street was so fun for the kids as well! We loved having this place as a close hub to all the fun things downtown and around Holland. Lynelle has an impressive list of things to do in the area that was very helpful and referenced serval times throughout the stay. Do not pass this place up! It was such a cozy, comfortable, relaxing stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Crystal's place. It was charming and quaint just like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed walking by the lake in the morning which is super close to the cottage. The location is close to bike trails that we enjoyed as well as downtown Grand Haven and Spring Lake. The perfect place for a Michigan Fall weekend getaway!

It was truly as described. Easy check in and super helpful host. Even checked on us when he heard there was an accident near by.

The place was super cute and clean. We loved the lake access and the toys provided during our stay. We would definitely stay again should we ever be in the area!

Seven of us (3 adults and 4 teens- ages 12-18) enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend! Melissa stocked the house with games (indoor and outdoor!), linens, everything you’d need in a kitchen, and even firewood for the fire pit! We were delighted to find 4 kayaks with every size life vest we could possibly need in the garage. And the kids LOVED having a bunkhouse to themselves. We spent the weekend fishing, playing games, cooking, and enjoying a private channel off the lake. It was ideal! Melissa responded incredibly quickly and was kind and thoughtful from start to finish.

Holly’s Cozy Cottage was just that! It was comfortable and clean with yard games and a fire pit. The screened in porch was where we spent most of our time. Holly provided lots of unexpected amenities to make our stay comfortable. Holly was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend a stay at this AirBNB!

Beautiful home, We only stayed for two days but it was extremely comfortable. The jacuzzi was shut down for the season but we did enjoy the kayaks. The bed in the master bedroom was honestly my favorite part. So comfy! definitely would stay again. Host were friendly and responded promptly to questions.

My family and I were after a peaceful lakefront getaway, and Jill's place delivered! We had never visited this area before, but it felt like home from the moment we arrived. The home was beautiful and cozy and the views were stunning. We were seeking a quiet few days on a lake and I couldn't have asked for a more memorable and peaceful stay. We will definitely be back!

Doug was a fantastic host and the ice house was a fabulous place to stay. Very nice lake and having boats accessible was the cherry on top - fishing on the lake was great fun and having south haven close by is a plus. We stopped at the local farm stands and had delicious local produce. We will return to this great getaway

We stayed at Mark's place while skiing all weekend at Bittersweet. We had a great time! Mark was super helpful and accommodating and even offered my husband to borrow his skis :) he hooked us up with discounted passes and had great local recommendations. We'll definitely be back! Thanks, Mark :)

We had an excellent time as a family at David's cabin. Everything was as advertised, and more. David was very proactive in communicating with us and responsive to any questions we had. The cabin was really, really beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and all the comforts of a well appointed home. David was clear about the pet policy and our dog was clearly welcome in the home. David left really nice touches for the humans as well, with cookies and muffins on our arrival. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and we are particularly impressed with how well everything is labeled...light switches, cupboard doors, electronics, etc. Very, very well done. We enjoyed our long weekend, winter escape!

What a beautiful cabin! My husband and I were looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a cozy, private place! This home checked all of our boxes! Very nicely kept, home was orderly, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect as it snowed the day after our arrival and was peaceful and serene! We were able to start a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed relaxing on the comfy sofas! Huge soaker tub in upstairs bathroom and plenty of bedrooms and a fun basement area! The perfect setup! We will have to bring some friends back with us next time- tons of room for several guests to enjoy! We dined at several local restaurants (within a 10 minute drive) that were delicious and spent some time on Water St for shopping, food, and brews! A must-stay place!

I wanted to disconnect for a few days with my mom and aunt and Justin's place fit the bill perfectly. Dog-friendly, I was able to bring my pup, too. We spent so much time just relaxing at his magical haven bc it was so comfortable, cozy and perfect. The views of the Kalamazoo River were our favorite part. Listening to the wildlife with our coffee was so peaceful and such a wonderful way to start the day. The cabin is so beautiful and has a touch of mid-century flair. We were in heaven and I would love to go back soon! Thank you for such a perfect stay Justin and family! We adored it.

We stayed for a long weekend, the cabin was super cute and had everything we needed and more! We spent a good deal of time playing the many games there, especially the street fighter game! We also used the bikes provided and loved exploring the nearby trails. We will plan on coming back when it's a little warmer so we can take advantage of the lake!
