A beautiful little yurt, sleeps 2, either a double or twin. Set next to a bubbling stream on a working lakeland sheep farm. On the findge of the Wasdale valley on the western side of the lake district. Ideal for a cozy romantic get away or base for exploring the amazing area. The yurt DOESN'T have any electricity in but it does have a lovely little wood burning stove and you have access to a mini kitchen in the utility room a short distance away . The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, mezzanine Bedroom, living area and adjoining bathroom. ( I list this cabin for 2 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests if you contact me especially if you wanted to bring children for instance) Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with specific disabilities if a fire occurred.

Wasdale Head Hall Farm Holiday Let

Cosy two bedroom holiday let set on a working Herdwick sheep farm situated in the picturesque Wasdale valley within the Lake District National Park. The cottage is set on the shores of Wastwater and so offers stunning views of the lake and the surrounding hills. It is the perfect starting point for numerous Wainwright walks. Scafell Pike, Yewbarrow and Illgill Head can all be started from the doorstep. Very easy access to the lake for paddleboarding, kayaking and wild swimming.

High Bridge End cottage is an attractive stone built Lakeland property, set in the heart of the Duddon Valley. Situated directly on the banks of the picturesque River Duddon, surrounded by the National Park Southern Fells. The cottage has been renovated with views in mind, the lounge being on the first floor with vaulted ceiling, picture windows and cosy log burner. Stylish kitchen, traditional shower room, spacious utility area and private parking for two cars.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay in the Western Lake District. There are plenty of lovely walks from the doorstep. The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.

Spectacularly situated in the beautiful Buttermere valley, Wood House Cottage offers sole use of the cottage for your group. The lake is a one minute walk away, where there is a delightful pebble beach and a breathtaking view. Next door to the cottage we have a guest house with three en suite bedrooms (a double and two twin rooms). Please see the three separate listings on Airbnb for these rooms.

Clough Head pod is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful picturess mountains right outside your door! This takes glamping to a new level. Head outside to it’s own private dining area overlooking Blencathra which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring or take a soak in the hot tub and read a good book!

A glamping pod privately nestled in the grounds of Low Wood Hall, close to Wastwater and Scafell, with free off road parking and exclusive use of its own private hot tub.
