Bedroom one has standard uk size single bed , the master has a Kingsize with feather duvets, and pillows, White Company sheets and countryside views. The bathroom on this floor has a shower over the bath.

Local attractions include Leeds city centre, Royal Armouries, Harewood House and grounds, Temple Newsam, Roundhay park. The area is excellent for mountain biking, road cycling, walking. Sporting venues include Headingly, Bramham. We have 3 friendly border collies.

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge and fresh linen and towels for you! We hope you find it comfortable, stylish and well equipped! We consider longer lets too!
