During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Vanaf de eerste etage is er een geweldig uitzicht van het Havenhoofd van Scheveningen tot aan de Pier en verder. In 2023 is de keuken en de badkamer vernieuwd, met behoud van charme.
