Επιπλέον, το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει άρτια εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο και σαλόνι με έναν αρκετά ευρύχωρο καναπέ όπου κάποιος μπορεί να κοιμηθεί .
