These areas look out to the backyard patio and pool so while you cook you can still feel a part of the party. The master bedroom with king size bed and private bath are separate from the other bedrooms but still close enough to a front bedroom with a queen sized bed in case you need to keep your kiddos close by. There is also a half bath for convenience nearby the common areas. The front of the house exhibits a lovely entertaining area with 4 comfortable chairs to sit, relax and enjoy company along with a tv. Adjacent to that is a sunken seating area perfectly positioned in front of the fireplace. In addition and just off these two areas is a nice formal dining area to continue enjoying this unique and welcoming open floor plan. The other side of this home has another 2 bedrooms for your guests and their comfort, along with a 2nd full bathroom with a bathtub.
