Remodeled house on a beautiful beach was featured on HGTV. Beach is walk-on access, cars aren't allowed to drive on the beach, play in safety. Neighborhood marina bar & grill. Peaceful getaway includes grill & kitchen area downstairs with TV, outdoor shower. Kids love playing in the surf, dad gets to fish, mom gets to relax. Shopping & restaurants a short drive away. Well equipped kitchen. We searched up and down the island for the perfect place, and always enjoy this magical little spot.

A fun beach house in Sea Isle with only 40 steps to the beach (no street to cross). Appropriately named Cool Breezes, the airy open floor plan offers views of the Gulf. This 1250 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms on one level is the perfect home for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet. Expansive new deck allows for sun bathing and views of the beach. Ground floor provides more views, sitting and grilling area. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a long day at the beach.
