As other reviewers have said, the noise from the busy Madison Street is apparent. I am a deep sleeper, so this is no issue for me sleeping. However, when they’re during the day and you want to have the windows open, it’s pretty loud. The place is immaculate and in great shape. Host is incredibly responsive. My only gripe actually is there’s no central air. There is heat, but not a/c unless a portable a/c unit is hooked up for the summer. They offered to hook it up for me and I declined, thought the cooler weather would bring internal temp down— the unit is newer and so well insulated it stays at 72/73 degrees no matter what. If you appreciate that temperature, this place will be absolutely no problem for you, but I like to sleep with it colder. Again, they’ll have portable a/c hooked up for warmer months; I just caught them between seasons. I’m usually a windows open, enjoy the breeze person, and this unit just doesn’t allow for that. Overall 9/10 place considering all.

Kia was a great and responsive host. The location is great and walkable to many of the attractions or use of public transportation.

Arden's place was just as advertised. Great location in Capital Hill. Nice walkable neighborhood and safe. Lots of options for food and beverages within a few blocks. Clean as a whistle. Great amenities. Arden was an excellent host. Super communicative. The bed was comfortable. Because it was in a loft, there wasn't much head room, so if you are tall, it could be a bit tricky. Other than that the space is fantastic. I highly recommend Arden's place.

The attic is really interestingly developed into an Airbnb apartment. Very much appreciated the excellent creative design sense and what they found to include. There's a nineteenth century encyclopedia on the shelf! The place is large, comfortable and quiet. Worth being aware that the toilet/shower area is part of the bedroom, not walled separately, though there's no direct line of sight between the bed and there. Not a lot of ventilation in the bedroom, so I found it helpful to get air flowing as much as possible between the front area and there well ahead of evening, and had the window in the shower area open through the night. Looking forward to returning when there's opportunity.

Very cute place. The only problem he had is there’s no designated parking lot or garage. We are from Texas we have a Pick up truck. We drove 30-40 mins to find a parking lot, or where our HUGE truck fits. But other than that we great

This place was an excellent location ! Walkable to the Market, museums, excellent restaurants. The condo was safe, amazingly clean, well stocked with plush towels and anything else you needed. Also very quiet…no neighbor noise. Book it for a nice Seattle getaway!

Clean comfortable place in nice North Beacon Hill location. would definitely stay again next time I am visiting that part of Seattle.

Nice, small and practical space. What you see is what you get. Room is up 5 flights of stairs so make sure your cardio is good ;) . Host was quick and attentive when needed and gave ample amenities. About 15 mins from busiest area in Seattle for nightlife. Pretty nice area away from sketchy areas of the city

The location and decor in the home are incredible! Exactly like the pictures! We had a group of 6 (including our 11yr old and 17yr old) and it was perfect. Walkable to all the things you’d want to do in Seattle along with great restaurants and coffee spots. The Club below is not an exaggeration however we were well informed to know what to expect and ear plugs were provided so this wasn’t a big concern for us. The club is only open Fri/Sat and closes right at the expected time. The home was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Lanis was communicative (not overly and as needed) and polite/friendly in our interactions.

I had a great stay at this property! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. The location was convenient, and all amenities were well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.
