We had a lovely time. Doreen and Doug were extremely responsive and helpful even when the power unexpectedly went out during a storm. We would definitely come back the next time we are in Sechelt.

Our one-night stay felt incredibly cozy, and we left wishing we could have stayed longer! Finding the place was quite easy thanks to Catherine's clear directions. We especially loved the company of the two chickens and three cats. The house was spotless and well-organized. Catherine was such a thoughtful host, offering us a variety of milk choices for breakfast. We also really appreciated her kindness in sharing some conditioner with us when we realized we'd forgotten our own. This was definitely one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we absolutely fell in love with her charming, fairytale-like home!

James was a great host! Their location is walking distance from loads of trails and the coast. We visited on a rainy weekend and found the space to be super cozy to hang out and play games and music (we enjoyed the novelty of the records and playing the accordion and guitar). When the rain cleared we went for a beautiful long hike just outside their door. They were super warm and welcoming hosts and we loved getting to chat when we crossed paths but still felt a sense of total privacy in the suite. Would absolutely recommend the suite for anyone making a trip out to the sunshine coast. It was perfect for a winter getaway and I imagine even better in the summer with loads to do.

This was the perfect spot for me and my family to stay for a few days away in the new year. We were a full house of 5 and a dog but there was enough space, a lot of unique and wonderful amenities that made it extra special ( like the bathtub and sauna!) and it was a beautiful house. Clean and modern mixed with a cabin feel. We all loved it. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful and it was the perfect place for us to unwind as a family after Christmas!

This space is everything you could ask for on a relaxing getaway. Stephen and Ivan have designed it with a lot of thought. From the rinsing shower near the hot tub to the fully stocked kitchen, all the details made our stay so comfortable. The wood stove inside the house and the outdoor shower were a couple of highlights of our stay. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to enjoy the Sunshine Coast and also wanting so spend some time cozying up or just peacefully sipping some coffee enjoying nature. Stephen and Ivan were also very gracious hosts and I appreciated their clear and kind communication.

great overall. john was very friendly and caring. he came and helped us right way when Netflix did not work and then stayed and chatted with us. we had everything we needed. Just one thing for me would be a softer mattress or topper. great location and private. we enjoyed our stay.

Aileen was very helpful and accommodating, letting me keep my bag at the accommodation until I could pick it up after my course. Very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and quiet, with a lovely view of the ocean!

Wonderful place to stay for a quiet get away. We loved the space, it had everything we needed plus more. And just a bit of quirkiness, which I loved! The big windows in the kitchen and living area made us feel like we were having breakfast in the tree tops each morning! Top it off with a home baked treat to go with coffee each morning, I was in no rush to leave. We feel in love with the island and would happily book Jennifer's Airbnb again. Thank you Jennifer :)

Janice and Bill's place, the Hi N Dri, was absolutely gorgeous and cozy. It was so thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail. Everything was immaculate. We had a wonderfully relaxing family getaway there, visiting the local beach every evening to watch the sunset. Janice and Bill were responsive and attentive, even putting our wet beach shoes onto a drying shelf for us while we were out!

We very much enjoyed our visit. Quiet location with great view of ocean. A couple of good restaurants close by and lots of trails and parks within easy drive. Marion and Fred were great hosts. Suite was well equipped and very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Such a lovely and quiet stay! We love all the little details around the house - books, games, artwork and fruits! It was a short drive from the ferry terminal, and feels very private. Kristen was very responsive to our questions about the steep driveway mentioned in the description, and assured us with a photo and clear instructions. Would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity comes along :)

We had a great stay with Marianne. The views are breathtaking! There is a bit of a walk up, so might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges but was well worth the view at the top!

The suite is very bright, tidy, and clean. There’s many kitchen supplies, cooking oil!, and we found the bed and duvet very comfortable. There’s a bus that goes to gibsons nearby and only a 3 min drive. The place is in a very quiet neighborhood and surrounded by trees. Would recommend!

Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Le lit est très comfortable, la salle de bain très prorpre et la cuisine fonctionnelle. Que dire du balcon pour la vue et le bain de soleil! Le guide laissé par Maret fût très utile. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations pour les restaurants. Il y a une diversité de restaurants, boutiques et épicerie près. Le trajet pour visiter vancouver ou les parcs se fait facilement. J'ai aussi trouvé le quartier sécuritaire et la vue magnifique pour mon jogging matinale. Tout est pensé pour un séjour parfait. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour ce magnifique séjour. Nous reviendrons définitivement à notre prochaine visite!

The interior lighting and color palette created such a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. I was particularly impressed by the high-quality appliances and beautiful wooden furniture throughout the house - everything we needed for our stay was thoughtfully provided. The location was ideal - peaceful and serene, yet convenient. We loved taking morning and evening walks to the beach, with stunning scenery the entire way. It’s truly remarkable to have such natural beauty within walking distance! For practical needs, we were just an 8-minute drive from shops where we could purchase all our essentials. Our family created precious memories during our stay that we’ll cherish forever. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to experience Christine’s wonderful home. Julie’s suite exceeded my expectations. Beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable bed & linens. Appreciated the bowl of fruit, snacks & all the little extras. It’s located in a very beautiful area with many places to explore. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend you stay at Julie’s.
