This was our fifth stay! We love the neighborhood and the close proximity to downtown and restaurants. The house is always very clean and comfortable. We bring our dogs and they enjoy the fenced yard. This was a special occasion, our son who is in the Air Force, just returned from Qatar. What a great house to celebrate this reunion!

The home was clean and roomy and in a perfect location for our visit. The beds were all queen sized and very comfortable. We appreciated the the Keurig coffee maker, pods and bottled water, and also the off street parking. Herbert was quick to respond to any questions, we will definitely be back!

The house was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe had a wonderful small town atmosphere. Thank you Nic for making our trip very relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful home and spacious. Lots of charm and comfortable beds and couch. Great natural light. Bathrooms were very small, as it's an older house. Noisy as it's next to a hospital and main road so you will hear ambulance sirens and revving cars all hours of the day. Neighborhood itself was lovely and had large shady trees. Great large backyard fully fenced. Emily was very responsive with any issues or questions we had.

I spent a full week here and absolutely loved it. This is a really nice house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was VERY clean and well kept-up. Architecturally, the living area upstairs is one step lower than the main floors and this makes it feel like a safe, comfortable, proper den with an enormous sofa...loved it. There was ping pong and foosball downstairs in the basement and a very nice and private outdoor area in the back. There are a lot of bedrooms and this place would very easily accommodate quite a large family or group. Alan was kind, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended!

it was nice and cozy, in a quite neighborhood. loved how the host was so quickly responsive to our questions. The house had every thing you needed and felt like home!

Nicholas was a great host, he came right over when we had a question and they gave quite a bit of 'goodies' to us which was a very nice surprise! They were very reasonable and accommodating to work with and our kids LOVED the heated pool! If you are looking for a great spot for kids, close to restaurants, and excellent hosts, I would highly consider this place! Adam

This property was exactly what I had been looking for we needed four bedrooms. All four bedrooms were lovely with king beds. The location was exactly where I requested. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet quiet with lots of beautiful holiday decorations! I will absolutely consider staying at this home again!

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway came into town to visit friends and attend a concert . This was a perfect place to visit peacefully with friends and also very comfortable for husband and I to sleep . Everything was exactly as outlined in ad and the place was comfy and cozy , we look forward to our next planned stay in Wichita .

This was our second time back. Just a great place to stay with the heated pool, lots of room and great location within Wichita!

Great place. Hosts were super kind and accommodating! Pool/Hot tub was a huge hit. The treats were a nice touch they my family loved! Highly recommend.

We had a last minute trip to Wichita and decided this was a better option than a hotel. The house was well done with a huge backyard space. As they are also pet friendly. We spent a lot of time outside with the dog. Was a much better option than a few hotel rooms!

Toby was an amazing host, I am grateful for his hospitality and the opportunity to stay in this space. We loved staying in this little apartment and felt right at home. 10/10 overall, I would stay here again.

The host were very accommodating and the place was very comfortable. If you want to bring your pet, you need to know that it is in the country and on a farm, so monitoring your pet and keep their paws clean can be a hassle. I did have an issue with my dog, but I communicated immediately with the hosts, and they worked with me to make it right.

Great place to stay for business!

Wonderful place to stay for a large or extended family. We were in town because we had a family member as a patient at St Francis. This house was the perfect place to retreat to each day for some R&R. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We couldn't get the Kureig to work so they brought over a new one. Highly recommend this fabulous house.

My son & I came to town for the NCAA tournament. All hotels were booked or were way overpriced. We found this house for a very reasonable price for 3 nights & it was a 5-10 minute drive to downtown & was centrally located to other areas of town we wanted to see. The checkin was super easy. A keypad on the front door that I had the code for 48 hours in advance. The home was clean & comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet & peaceful. I would stay here again.

From check-in to check-out,the process was very easy. Though not needed much this trip, the air-conditioning was quite capable. Remotes for overhead fan/light work well and add a nice flow of air. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, plates, etc. Bathrooms and closets (towels etc) were well stocked for even our 8-day stay. The mattresses are newer - no depressions etc and quite comfortable. The pillows also appear to be fairly new and comfortable. New TVs with Roku built-in support provide lots of choices. Very comfortable home, with lots of wood and well modernized. Eric was very responsive to the only issue we had - Internet running slow after winds/rain - which turned out to be an external issue with wiring from pole box to house. Notified Eric and after a couple tests to resolve, he got ahold of the IP and they came out the following morning and replaced wiring, etc. Definetly will be on our list to return to in the future !

Great stay will definitely stay there again when in town.
