Du wirst unsere Unterkunft wegen der Ruhe, der herrlichen Umgebung, dem Wallersee, der Seeburg, der vielen Wander- und Radwege und dem modernen Ambiente lieben. Du wirst spüren, dass beim Bau sehr auf gesunde Baumaterialien geachtet. Wohlfühlen ist uns wichtig. Unsere Unterkunft ist bestens geeignet für (Liebes-)Paare, Singles und Geschäftsreisende.

Das knapp 25m2 große Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang. Bei uns wohnst Du sehr zentral aber auch im Grünen mit vielen Ausflugszielen in der Nähe und dem Salzach Radweg in nur wenigen Metern Entfernung. Die Hütte am Wald ist ein Blockhaus welches dank Vollholz Bauweise ein super angenehmes Raumklima schafft und neben hübschem Interior auch allen Komfort mit privater Sauna, Kamin und toller Ausstattung für Groß und Klein bietet. Gelegen am sonnigen Waldrand nicht weit vom Fuschlsee entfernt, biete die Hütte am Wald einen großen Garten mit privater Terrasse, Outdoor Esstisch und Sonnenliegen. Herzlich willkommen im Schloss Rauchenbichl im Herzen von Salzburg Stadt. Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

Diese Lage macht das ganze Jahr über Städtebummler, Abenteurer und Sportler glücklich, aber auch alle, die einfach nur mit Bergblick aufwachen und das Panorama bestaunen wollen. Das Zentrum von Salzburg ist in 10-15 Minuten per Bus oder mit dem Auto erreichbar.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.
