Flat TV in master, BR 3 and the living room and WiFi throughout. In the fenced back yard, there is a fire pit with gate access to the dock and lake. Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. It boasts lots of windows with a view. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a table for 2-4, a kitchenette with Keurig, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a tall claw foot bathtub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

We are not Handicap Certified but most wheelchair guests have not had issues. Grab bars are in the bathroom.
