The ranch has rolling hills, massive rock formations, bass and catfish ponds, and steep descents. It is an ATV dream. Bring your ATVs or your horses or your kayaks, bikes, paddleboards, or hiking boots. Want to go bow hunting/archery/rifle hunting during season, send us a note. I have a feeder. There is an addtl per night fee.

Vintage/Retro Chic 1955, Spartan Mobile Home. Enjoy a unique lodging experience on 5 acres of wooded property. 3 miles west of Seminole State College and 3 miles south of number 9 HWY. Approximately 1 hour east of Oklahoma City, and 1 hour west of Tulsa. 15 miles south of I40.

This unique place has a style all on its own. It’s very spacious, family-friendly and it’s in a nice location. It’s also in walking distance of our hometown museum and Sorghum Day event. A lot of love was put into making this a comfortable space for family and friends.
