Historisches Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahre 1570. Es liegt im Ortskern von Pünderich. Bäcker und verschiedenen Gastronomien sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus hat eine große überdachte Terrasse und im Keller ist ein Weinkühlschrank vom Winzer befühlt - einer gemütlichen Weinverkostung steht nichts im Wege. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man brauchen kann. Wir sind regelmäßig mit Familie oder Freunden selbst dort. Preise sind inkl. Reinigung und Airbnb Gebühr.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Unser Spitzhaus an der Goldroul ist eines der ältesten Häuser von Senheim. Es ist klein (90 qm), aber gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich mir selbst im Urlaub wünschen würde. Wir leben hier mitten in der Natur. Wundern Sie sich also nicht über unsere freilaufenden Hühner. Sie besuchen gern mal unsere Gäste. Zum Grillen oder Chillen im Freien eignet sich mein gemütlicher "Zehnthof" gleich um die Ecke.

Look forward to a cottage with sauna near the Moselle valley that offers 8 people enough space and comfort for a relaxing holiday. A barefoot park offers variety for young and old. The night's rest is from 10 pm. Hiking, wine tasting, boat trips, visiting castles and cycling are popular leisure activities in this region. Loud conversations outdoors are not welcome after 10 pm. Wallbox exists.
