It is located in the heart of Old Town and a short 3 block walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, grocery. Under 1 mile to CSU and a short bike ride to Canvas stadium. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.

Downtown Guesthouse #1

Cozy little guesthouse in downtown Loveland. Wide selection of restaurants, bars/breweries, boutiques, & live music all within a mile. Located downtown near busy streets and a train track, so expect some road noise and whistles. Also, being downtown we do have a houseless population. Have not had any issues thus far, but we want guests to be aware of them. Great driving proximity to fun CO things (~45 mins to Estes Park/RMNP).
