The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
