The Coop is ideally situated for country walks, cycling straight from the door and horse riding trails all over the estate. The Coop is very cosy with under floor heating and a wood burning stove. There is a gorgeous, dog friendly, courtyard garden with stunning views over a covered deck. This stylish, peaceful retreat, is ideal for two guests and one dog.

The lighting is powered by solar with four fast-charging USB sockets. There is free wifi. There are shared, wood-fired showers, compost loos, peaceful.

The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.
