Place by the lake

East facing, don't just wake up to an amazing sunrise, but also a beautiful lake view. Very tranquil. A place to escape, but still close to the cities and its football games, Dallas stadium. The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home. There is no fence from house lake, the stairs not have standard rails. Do contact me with questions.

The Cafe Solo Cottage is a secluded Studio apartment located in the heart of Denton. Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Enjoy little elm, TX activities and Lake Lewisville. We have 3 RV units on the property that are spaced to give you your own privacy. This is our small newly remodeled unit with updated amenities and really can only sleep 2 at the most. Enjoy the Little elm beach which is minutes drive away from the property. We also have a property across the street where you can access the lake down 2 trails see map in photos. Roughly a 5 minute walk to the Lake.
