Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Mill Cottage is a single story stone barn conversion. It has two ensuite bedrooms and cosy open plan living space. There is a shower in one ensuite and a shower over bath in the other. The living space has an open plan kitchenette, a 3 seater sofa and dining table and chairs. The rear entrance to the cottage opens out onto a large shared garden. The farm is a working arable farm with all of the cottages set in a courtyard. Close proximity to HS2 and Silverstone Circuit.

Blacksmith's has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area ideal for family evenings. There is a large communal garden area shared by all cottages.
