Our family really enjoyed Elena’s place. It was cozy, clean and exactly as described. The deck was wonderful and close access to the lake and beach were great features. Elena offered for us to leave later on our last day and this allowed us to really maximize our last day of vacation. Wonderful experience!

It is wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. The beach is connected to the backyard of cottage. Shores is visible from living room. The place get lots of sunshine around the day. The host also provides a golf cart to explore the beach which is very helpful.

We had a great time here! We used this Airbnb as a made for exploring Niagara falls and Niagara by the lake. We really liked having the golf cart to be able to drive around the area and overall we just had a really good stay here. As someone else mentioned, the hot water ran out pretty quickly as we have six people taking a shower every night. After we ran out of hot water the first night we simply decided to take shorter showers and then we didn't have a problem afterwards. The house is well stocked and has a very nice Weber bbq which I was very thankful for.

Not our first time booking with Lauren. We have stayed in a few locations within Sherkston Shores. This unit is absolutely top notch! High end amenities. Beautiful place! Highly recommend and Lauren is a great host!

Paul is a great host. Very knowledgeable & helpful. Walked us through house instructions clearly. The cottage is great, ambience is magnificent and everything is just a 5 to 10 mins walk away or even better, charge & take the golf cart! It’s a nice ride to the beach or to the soccer field where most of the evening events occur. Definitely coming back to this place.

Elisabeth’s cottage was wonderful! It was squeaky clean & stocked with everything we could have needed! Even our dogs were greeted with treats! The home was nestled in a very cute neighborhood and the interior had a cozy cottage feel. Although it was a bit chilly, we had fun walking to Crystal Beach & warming up in the hot tub. Our favorite meal was at The Scuttlebutt, only a short drive away! We definitely recommend staying here!

Tyler and Stacey were amazing! They were responsive and proactive with keeping in touch with me before my stay. The home was perfect! 4 adults and 3 kids. The home came with many added items such as spices, coffee and bath towels. The deck was a great added feature and we spent a lot of time there. Having access to the golf cart made all the difference in the world! I would highly recommend this stay for you and your family! We will definitely be back.

We had a good time at Patti’s. She was very responsive and answered all our questions. The location is good and close to the beach.

Jasmine has a wonderful property in a beautiful park! Off season was so peaceful, but lots to do and see on weekends. The space is exactly as described, and is a great family friendly option for a getaway. Communication was always very prompt and friendly. We loved being able to take the golf cart around the park and having everything you need located inside the park is a huge plus. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

New cottage in new section of Sherkston. Very private area with no rear neighbors. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The golf cart was in great condition and fast. Would be happy to stay again in the future.

Stayed at Paul’s Place recently and had a fantastic time. The cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a peaceful setting that made it easy to unwind. What really stood out was the hospitality. Paul was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests' experience. The location was perfect—quiet and surrounded by nature, but still close enough to local attractions and amenities. Whether it was enjoying a BBQ, sitting by the firepit, or just relaxing indoors, the whole stay felt easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend Paul’s Place if you’re looking for a calm, comfortable cottage getaway. Would definitely return!

What a wonderful cozy cottage just a few steps from long beach. We stayed for a few days in October and it was a perfect time of the year for a peaceful getaway. The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed the sunroom and our dogs found it to be a good spot to nap. Sarah was a an excellent host and we will be sure to come back for a longer stay next time.

Absolutely beautiful home!! This home worked great for our girls weekend. Lots of space and the backyard was so fun! Even with the rain this weekend we were so thankful for the inside space (specially that couch!). Probably one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much for letting us use your home, hoping we can come back next year!

My family and I loved Lisa’s beachfront cottage. We enjoyed the sand and water during the day, and gorgeous sunsets from the deck at night. The beach view obviously speaks for itself, but the cottage made the experience even better. The giant windows gave you great views of the lake while cooking, playing games at the table, or hanging out in the living room. Bathrooms were updated and bedrooms were comfortable and had ample space. The kitchen was awesome - huge fridge and freezer and ample supplies throughout the cupboards and drawers. Updated modern luxuries like air conditioning and gas grill enhanced the overall experience. A small note - take the stairs down to the beach slowly. They wobble a little bit! We look forward to making Lisa’s cottage a summer family tradition.

Great location in Sherkston park- a mid point to everything; walkable to sunset beach and local gelato/coffee shop - wonderful for morning and evening walk routine. Shaun was extremely clear in communication and preparation checklist was so helpful. The place was clean and had lots of extras (toys/games - were great bonuses). We stayed during really hot days with heavy rainfall - the only downside was that the AC didn't reach the sunroom and circulation didn't reach kitchen so was hot especially while cooking. Overall - our family had a lovely stay - glad to have found Shaun's place!

Very spacious and well appointed, this location is perfect. Clean and nicely decorated. Right on the water and lots of windows to always see the lake. Coffee on the deck in the morning is only rivaled by some beverages at sunset. The hosts are fantastic and always respond immediately.

I stayed at Anca’s place for a weekend away with family, and had a blast. Anca was very responsive and all instructions clear. It was so close to the beach and a fantastic park! The kids were thrilled! They were also so happy that the cottage was well stocked with beach toys and floaty’s everything we needed for the beach but also so great down time activities video games and toys and board games for when we came home for a break. Cottage was very clean and as described. Everything was walkable and we drove into Ridge town on Saturday for the farmers market and shops. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be visiting Crystal Beach again! Thanks Anca

We stayed here in February 2025 for a last minute trip and they were very accommodating. When I say last minute, I mean that we had trouble with a different booking and I booked this trip on Thursday night for a stay starting on Friday. No problem at all. They were very responsive and everything was smooth and seamless. The place was ready to go and was a perfect fit for our needs. I will say that I'd like to return during the summer because it looks like a nice area for a beach vacation.

Had a great time with the family here. With 2 adults, 4 kids and a dog we were worried it would be too tight, but we were actually able to convert the front sitting room into a sleeping area with a blowup mattress and the thick curtains that separated it from the main area made for a perfect room for 2 of the kids. Doreid was easy to communicate with. The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. All the amenities (waterpark, arcade, Getaway Bar & Grill restaurant, Sherkston supermart, ect.) are within walking distance. My family had a great time.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming lake house! The private lake access was a dream come true, and the outdoor setup was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The house itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and comfortable bedding. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

This was my first time back in over 20 years. A lot has changed. This place was great. The large covered deck was great for family time. It was close to everything and yet just far enough away from center of everything. Will absolutely be returning again.

A very special place and people. This is one of a number cottages on 14 acres with private beachfront, community field/tennis court and countless water or land activities. Dense tree foliage surrounding the cottages lets you decide whether you would like some time to relax or socialize with the rest of the families. Deonna and Scott pride themselves in creating a fun and safe environment for kids, adults and dogs alike in this community. Both grew up in the area and live on-site with their 2 kids, always ready to provide recommendations for restaurants, shopping, farmer markets or day trips should you need a change from the on-site options. Cottage 4 has been remodeled and equipped with modern features like Central Heat/AC & Dishwasher and equipped with all we needed for our stay. It features a glass enclosed porch and a large open deck offering great views of the beach and lake while providing privacy with the large trees. From the master bed you can take in the beach through large glass doors or gaze at stars through the skylights. The Main bathroom boasts a cast iron bathtub to unwind after long day (not suitable for everyday showering). It offers bright living area and plenty of room for the kids and parents to spread out. The kids enjoyed the freedom to roam, make new friends, play at the beach or fields. Our dogs loved it probably more than anyone else! We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay twice, experiencing different cottages. Thank you Deonna & Scott for allowing us to join the Sugarloaf family and enjoy this new experience for us.
