Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

Estoy en un viaje a través del país y me he estado quedando en Airbnb la mayor parte del tiempo. La mayoría han sido puramente Airbnb, pero este alojamiento es un alojamiento real. Aprecié mucho este aspecto y aprecié mucho que me confiara el espacio y las pertenencias de alguien. El barrio es hermoso y tranquilo. El patio trasero es como un pequeño parque privado con una fuente de agua balbuceante. ¡Espero quedarme aquí de nuevo cuando vuelva a Los Ángeles!

We went to Universal Studios for the weekend, and it was the perfect place to stay. It was a very short drive to Universal. The house was very clean, and the host was very nice and communicated well.

Este es un hermoso refugio privado en el corazón de Atwater. Es también apto para perros y familias fue una gran ventaja. Necesitábamos un lugar para alojarnos cerca de nuestra casa mientras se renovaban nuestros pisos. ¡Y este lugar fue maravilloso! Pudimos llegar a pie a varios restaurantes y cafeterías. Habíamos tenido un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado la primera noche, pero Eloísa y su equipo respondieron muy bien y el problema se resolvió en cuestión de horas. También nos dio un ligero crédito por nuestros problemas. Los espacios están bien proporcionados y se siente como un hogar en el que vive la gente. ¡Limpio, luminoso y funcional! Mesas grandes para jugar y muchos lugares para relajarse. ¡El sofá ha visto mejores días, pero el colchón del dormitorio principal es divino! Definitivamente recomendaré su alojamiento a amigos y familiares que visiten desde fuera de la ciudad.

Every detail was thought of in this beautiful and comfortable home. Lauri was so kind, helpful and responsive. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Close to Walmart, Sams Club, Costco and many other stores and restaurants. The playground, pool and tennis courts are very close, as well.

It was a great place, amazing location. It had everything we needed. All the stuffs are there to make a meal or comfortable stay. For Some reason, Google Maps shows a wrong location but Apple maps is fine. I would suggest to locate it via old fashioned way ( finding the street and looking at the house numbers).

We had such a great stay! The host was super helpful and made everything really easy with detailed instructions. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect — so close to everything in Pasadena. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

Claudia is very quick at communication. Her place is more than what we expected. Clear instructions on check-in. The best place for any short-term or long-term.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

Another great stay at Marc and Kurt's in Toluca Lake! Fabulous locale and apartment; responsive and kind hosts!

Wonderful location. Extremely short and safe walk to the beach. House is extremely spacious and all eight of us could spread out In both indoor and outdoor living spaces. We were very happy with this place! Kids loved the upstairs recreation space.

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Wonderful stay and Jessica was very helpful. place was clean, spacious, and very peaceful community. Will definitely be back.

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

We were staying in the area for a race event in Long Beach. We were 4 adults and the space was comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed. Having a reserved parking space was a huge bonus, as well as a laundry room onsite. It was quiet at night and made for easy access to Long Beach and LA. We would definitely stay again!

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
