Our stay was relaxing and the home was impeccably maintained. We were close to downtown and to our friends; it was so convenient. It was so nice to come downstairs to the kitchen in the morning and have morning coffee sitting outside on the porch. It was one of our best stays in Denison and we will be back!!!

My dog and I had a great stay here! The miniature horse on the property was very friendly and will follow you around for pets. My dog spent most of her time watching the animals either through the window or outside. She even got to hang out with the horse by the fence. The space was very clean and relaxing. The property is easy to access as well

This place has everything needed for a great weekend! Minutes from the winery, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I do recommend this home and the host is also great! Responded quickly every time. Thank you so much.

This is a remote, farm like community. When we turned on to the dirt road leading to the house, we were a little worried but when we stepped inside, we felt like it fit such “T.” Very clean, comfortable and our host had any and all extras. There was coffee, a nice laundry room for taking care of clothes, fenced yard and even fresh eggs in the fridge. She was always available if there were questions or just to chat. We had a very relaxing and comfortable visit and would go there again. Thank you for being a great host!

Our family’s stay at Lilac House was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we drove onto the secluded property to the minute we walked into the warm and inviting home, we knew we were in a special place. Rosemary’s home was exceptionally clean and stocked with games, a tv ready for your streaming services, beautiful handmade quilts throughout, heated toilet seats with bidets, a Blackstone to cook your meals, a washer and dryer with detergent to use, and a fantastic screened in porch to enjoy your beautiful surroundings. She thought of everything, and we needed nothing to prepare our family meals in her well stocked and well equipped kitchen. Cabinets throughout were labeled and easy to navigate. Rosemary was incredibly responsive and patient answering all of our countless questions. She was wonderful to work with. Our family of 5 plus our two dogs enjoyed a memorable stay at the Lilac House. We highly recommend Rosemary’s Lilac House and would unequivocally stay there again.

The place is exactly as described! As soon as you walk in you have lovely basket of goodies for you which was so welcoming! The back porch you see lots of nature. We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you so much!

Gorgeous land created a beautiful get away. The air stream has giant windows that look out to great views! No noise from the road lights from the city. It’s a true country setting. I would love to go back and stay for another triathlon.

Amy is very friendly and responds quickly. The place was very clean, and looked just like the photos on the Airbnb site. Location is peaceful and quiet. A great place, and I recommend a stay at Amy's place whenever you are in the area.

I was looking for a place where I could have some peace and my dogs could stretch their legs. I never dreamed I would find such a perfect and beautiful spot. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Christine was responsive, kind, proactive, and more. The house had everything I needed, and it was the most relaxed and comfortable. I have felt in a long time. I loved it so much I booked again! If you’re looking for somewhere to get away from it all close to the DFW area you cannot go wrong with this lovely place.

Wonderful stay! The property is ideal for a couple with pets, and I spent well over two months there. The dogs enjoyed running around in the large yard.

We absolutely loved the backyard. We came to enjoy our days off, relax, and do some gambling. Only a short 10 minutes from Choctaw and extremely close to the lake. The backyard was where we spent most of our time at the house. The trees were perfect shade and it’s a nice clean backyard for our pup ❤️

My wife and I had a wonderful night sleep and Tammy was a great host! We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in that part of Texas!! thank you again
