We had a wonderful stay! The place is lovely and so spacious. The hosts also went above and beyond - we even accidentally left some belongings behind and they arranged for some e to come meet us a couple of days later (even on a public holiday). Would definitely recommend

Sumi est une hôte exceptionnelle qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a donné des renseignements précieux sur les lieux et les restaurants à proximité. Séjour parfait, nous recommandons.

The place was amazing and they were very responsive hosts! We forgot an important medication from our previous hotel and they were very helpful and arranging a next day shipment! Really nice and we were in such a beautiful location!

We just loved staying at Sumi's place, it was nice and cosy. Everything tidy, we'll organized and with instructions in English so it was perfect for us who don't speak Japanese. She was attentive and took care of us all the time. It's well located and it's close to almost all touristic areas. We felt like home and recommend it 100% ❤️

Sumi a été une hôte formidable. Elle nous a donné des instructions claires pour se rendre, nous attendait dehors à notre arrivée et était disponible si nous avions des questions. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et correspond aux photos. À quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs temples et de restaurants. Je recommande ce logement dans hésiter!

Very clean and nice place with lots of space and comfortability. Very much enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here with a group of 4 adults. The location was in a nice quiet area of the city close Shichijo Station and a short walk or taxi ride to Kyoto Station. It was also close to the Kamo River and Kiyamachi Street so there was always a nice view of the water when leaving/going back to the room. We also found a decent number of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great place to stay that's away from the more crowded areas of the city!

Such a quiet and beautiful oasis in Kyoto. Spending the mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, was definitely a highlight to our time in Kyoto. In addition, it was easy access to public transportation but also a short (and beautiful stroll) to various points of interest in town. I adjusted the timing of our Kyoto visit to accommodate this reservation, and I am so happy that I did.

We loved our stay in OmiHachiman. It is a very quiet, chill town. Not a lot is open after 5 or so in the town so plan meals wisely. The blue house was clean, spacious and well appointed, with the most comfortable beds we encountered on our whole Japan trip. The bus from the train station goes nearby the accommodation and continues on to La Collina - very convenient..

It was our first time visiting Kyoto and this place with conveniently located to good restaurants and train station. The place was comfortable and clean. It comfortably accommodated 6 people. The host was great and responded quickly. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kyoto and need a private and quiet place to rest. Neighborhood was peaceful and safe too. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay in the accommodation. The location is very quiet and the flat is exactly as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable there. From the accommodation you can easily reach the city and the Fushimi Inari is also within walking distance. The communication with the host was very reliable and friendly. We would definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, making everything easy. The apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, and the price was excellent for the quality. The only things to note are that the bed was a bit shaky and the staircase from the 1st to the 2nd floor was quite steep, so something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

This place is not fancy, but it is roomy, well appointed and comfortable. It is in a great location close to four different train stops, and you can walk to restaurants and sightseeing. It is two units on two floors with steep stairs, and was great with multiple kids. Would rent again.

Our stay at Eiichi's place was wonderful from start to finish! He greeted us upon arrival, gave a helpful tour of the house and a fantastic guide with maps, local recommendations, etc. The house is so comfortable, quaint and well equipped. River views are beyond stunning, too. We were fortunate to not have any issues during our stay, but Eiichi was super responsive any time we reached out. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be within walking distance to a plethora of great restaurants and shops but still want to be able to settle in and relax into those quiet moments.
