Calling all York, Beach lovers. We hope to see our guests enjoy time with family and friends at our beloved family beach home. With plenty of rooms for sleeping, our house is a place for unforgettable memories to be made each season with the ones you love. The location is unmatched, being less than a half mile walk to both Short Sands, Long Sands and the Nubble Lighthouse. Also includes an outdoor shower, outdoor fire pit on the patio, and a large back deck with grill overlooking the backyard.

Welcome to The Luxurious, where a unique boat feeling awaits you. Completely remodeled with high-end finishing, an elevator accesses all three levels. An open floor concept invites the ocean breeze and offers unique views. A modern fitness room, a year-round hot tub and firepit will enhance your stay. After a day at the beach, enjoy the sunset from the house and walk to the Nubble Light House to savor Maine's famous blueberry ice cream and pie ! Fishing dock not available at the moment.

Just minutes from waterfront dining and shopping at Perkins Cove and Village of Ogunquit. After a long day at the beach relax on the covered patio watching the ducks and geese on the lake while the squirrels and chipmunks run abound. Listen to the wide variety of birds singing.
