Die Wohnung liegt im 27. Stockwerk. Es kann teilweise länger dauern bis der Aufzug kommt bzw. man wieder aussteigen kann. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung super. Wie auf den Bildern. Heisses Wasser hat man trotzdem, dass die Wohnung so hoch liegt, schnell. Bequemes Bett. Immer wieder gern.

While it is a fairly small apartment it is homely, generously equipped and supplied with everything you need. Location was central and as described with everything on hand. Communication was great and WiFi appliances, tv etc first class…… well done!

Phailin was an excellent host. Her condo is meticulous, comfortable, modern, and consistent with the description. She was responsive and thoughtful in all communications. I plan to stay again... Thank you Phailin!

This condo is the best I have lived in s o far and I will probably come back soon. Everything is perfect from toiletries to cooking utensils to toilet roll to towels. Julie already foreseen what a tenant wants. The location of the property is perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s just a short walk from the beach 🏖️. I recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Pattaya!!

Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

This is a apartment with two bedrooms. Both beds are big and clean. everything is comfortable. I especially want to mention the warmness of the management staff, They are very helpful and very nice.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

Plus, the local markets were only a 3-5 km drive away, making it easy to pick up supplies. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with their furry friend with group of 10 peoples!

Our group of ten had the most unforgettable stay at this exceptional pool villa in Pattaya! Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

The cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in Thailand! Moreover the additional things such as soap, gels, additional sets of towels, neatly arranged dishes in the kitchen. Hihly recommended!

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
