a nice apartment with good value for the price we paid! it has with all the necessities! we had all the instructions before the checkin so it was smooth! good hammam and a nice view from the terrace! keep in mind that having a car is a must! else nothing to worry about there!

Room clean and tidy, hira is very friendly and it is the easiest time for me to check in. The price is worthy very much.☺️ Actually before we leave, my friend ask me to give a 5 stars. We all like this room. We fell really welcomed

What a fabulous experience ... the place is amazing and location exceptional. This was great value and a great vibe. the rooftop deck is the icing on the cake.

Mohamed was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host, his place was superb and exceptional in every way. The house was beautiful, elegant and very comfortable. I felt right at home. The location is fantastic, central to all the places I visited. Everything is spotless and clean. I will be returning again soon and would highly recommend Mohamed's place to everyone I know! A+++

Très jolie villa ! Espace intérieure très spacieux ! On était 13 personnes et on ne sait pas marché dessus ! Jolie décoration ! Je recommande sans hésiter ! L'extérieur top ! Dommage il ne faisait pas assez chaud pour profiter de la piscine et du salon de jardin ! On y reviendra, c'est sur ! Nous gardons cette adresse bien précieusement ! Stéphanie et Mohamed

Bonsoir, Alors en ce qui concerne la Villa, elle est magnifique! Les chambres et toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, elle est aménagée comme si il y vivait dedans du coup elle fait pas vide. L’extérieur et d’autant plus jolie. Extrêmement bien illuminé avec des jeux de lumières sublimes la nuit. Piscine spacieuse, profonde, avec son toboggan et ses plongeoirs et surtout la cascade! Jardin avec gazon propre et bien équipé (table, jolie BBQ, balançoire…) En ce qui concerne Nabil, une personne accueillante, serviable! J’ai rien à dire sur la location de cette villa, je recommande même! (J’ai même pris une nuitée de plus tellement nous y étions a l’aise)

I spent a little over three months living at Ilhem's while completing an internship in Tunisia, and it was a fantastic experience. Ilhem and her family made me feel immediately welcome and made sure to help me become comfortable living in Tunis. The house is very nice and has plenty of space to go about the day-to-day. The family was very accommodating to my needs whether it was wanting to watch TV or use the kitchen. Exploring Tunis without a car can be difficult but the house is well located between downtown Tunis (Medina) and La Marsa. It is not difficult getting a cab from the main street just a few steps away. My stay in Tunis would not have been the same had I lived alone, and I highly recommend Ilhem's house for anyone wanting to settle in comfortably to Tunis and make the most of their trip.

We booked the villa for our family gathering and were pleasantly surprised. We loved the warm welcome, the unique arabesque style and took memorable family photos and everyone enjoyed our dinner in the main dining room by the pool. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. We absolutely recommend it.

La villa était magnifique, la piscine est propre et la vue est à couper le souffle. Y avait tout le nécessaire pour loger 10 personnes. Et aussi Haythem était trop gentil et réactif.

Ali nous a très bien accueilli. Il s’est mis à notre disposition pour nous permettre d’avoir un séjour très agréable. Le gardien a été disponible pour nous attendre malgré notre retard de vol. Ali nous a mis en relation avec un cuisinier qui nous a fait découvrir la cuisine tunisienne des gens charmants. Notre séjour a été court mais très agréable La maison est très grande avec 4 salles de bain. Tout est très propre Nous recommandons vivement
