The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

The twin-bedded room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. It's in a separate part of the house and self contained, with your own entrance. A simple help-yourself breakfast is provided. Free parking. A fridge is provided & fresh milk, tea, coffee & biscuits.

Relax and unwind in the beautiful Devon countryside. By the Way cottage is in a small rural hamlet next to a nature reserve which has nesting Dartford Warblers. Beautiful seaside places are easily accessible; Sidmouth 5mls, Budleigh Salterton 6mls, Beer, Branscombe and Exmouth 10 mls. It's very quiet and the skies are dark at night.
