We just loved our stay at Chris and Roger's condo. We instantly felt at home when we walked in the door. The ocean view is amazing and the surroundings are peaceful. Very relaxing and clean. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided from kitchen utensils to a charging station to shower gel and shampoo. They are very responsive and kind hosts. Their place has become our favorite Airbnb experience so far. We didn't want to leave!

Great location, perfect house with an awesome hot tub. Walking distance to the beach a great place for a lil R&R.

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

Great location and very cute little neighborhood. Easy to walk to the beach and loved the space for the two of us and our dogs. The hot tub was great as well! Price point felt a bit high for the season and some areas were a bit more dustier than we were comfortable with. Overall, our needs were met and we enjoyed our stay.

House was beautiful, tidy, nicely decorated and clean. Carriage house was fun for the kids. Absolutely adorable community. But all houses are very close together. Beach was not accessible for elderly or unfit people as it was quite a walk with inclines and many stairs. Nice park close by.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

Really fun and nice place. The common area is great for hanging out with a group. There are lots of thoughtful touches around the house. Thumbs up.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

First thing is the pictures do not do the place justice. it's alot more roomy especially upstairs. plenty of space and bedding. The place was really clean, and very quiet.

We needed a place to stay in an emergency and Karen helped us out-- on Christmas Day! Beautiful house in a quiet community with both beach and forest views.

We took a vacation with our 3 of our kids and 3 grandchildren (11 total). The house was plenty big enough, each family had a master bathroom to themselves, there was plenty of "spaces" to hang out in and relax. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house is absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location to the beach! Just have to cross the street...it's that close! I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a larger group as there is ample space. Was very appreciative of all the "household" items that were available as well. Most places don't supply so much stuff and it really felt like home. (Just bigger!) We will definitely look for availability in this home for a future use.

Overall it was a great stay. The bikes need some TLC. Location was nice. A little far from a lot of activities and restaurants. Beautiful views along the coastline. The hot tub was super relaxing and a great ammentity.

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.

Perfect family vacation! Loved this house. It was open, welcoming, clean and felt like home! We are a family of 6 with 4 kids ages 11-2 and it was perfect! Nice large open space, nice well stocked kitchen, dining area and a game room! It was 1 story which is ideal for young kiddos. Great backyard with a slide and sand. Close to the town, and beach! We drove to the beach and it was a 90 second drive to a parking lot and private beach access. This has been our favorite house we have stayed at on the Oregon coast. Highly recommend!

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

We had at a great stay at Raven's Nest. The house has a beautiful view from the large picture windows and plenty of room in the area to walk and see the beaches. The couple days we stayed were a little on the chilly side so we appreciated the gas stove and space heaters. Laurie does a great job of providing all the relevant details of your stay before you get to the location including access instructions, area restaurants, beach access areas and places to hike. Overall, if you want a very comfortable/quiet location with a beautiful view this is the place to stay.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

Katie’s home was worth the trip and money we spent. Felt so cozy and such a beautiful home. Peaceful and quiet, and we loved that Katie had a binder set up with not only instructions and the rules, but tons of great recommendations on dinners, hikes, and much more! My family and I will definitely be coming back! ⭐️
