Stylish back house with kitchenette, microwave and hot plate + a dining area that doubles as a workspace. Comfortable bed with nice linens + loveseat for reading. Private front porch area for morning coffee. Minutes away from coffee, restaurants and all the fun that is Los Feliz! While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
