The Loft encompasses a cozy mountain cabin feel with modern updates and easy access to some of Southwest Colorado's best attractions. Marked trails weave around the property for early morning coffee walk or a moonlit snowshoe - courtesy snowshoes are available for guests. Deer frequent the property as well.

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

The front deck offers a great view of the mountains while you enjoy your morning coffee or you can grill and relax for dinner on the new deck. There are so many things to do in Silverton. The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Rustic Cabin 9 - Pet Friendly - Hot Tub Access

Cute and cozy year-round camping cabin available for rent as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Camping Cabins do NOT have water inside the cabin. Drinking water is readily available. Our heated restrooms and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily to make sure they are clean and ready for our guests.

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

Silverton Hillside Cottage is the perfect place to get away and relax. Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!

The Hayden Suite is just what you've been looking for during your stay in Ouray. This cozy suite is located on Main Street, just blocks from trailheads, shops, restaurants and breweries. Only a 3/4 mile walk or drive to the renowned Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Your host, Jen, is knowledgable about the area and can give you all the pointers you need to live like a local during your stay in Ouray.
