Super friendly and helpful. Beautiful accomodation, peaceful and extremely private. Clean and comfortable. Definitely go over a beyond. Would highly recommend for single person or couple sharing.

We had a very comfortable stay. The house is spacious and we particularly valued the secure off street parking which fitted our overlanding vehicle. Stewart and Denise are lovely hosts and very quick to respond to any requests.

Booked Byron’s place for my sister and niece for the niece’s graduation and to enjoy the Capetown sights. Byron was very friendly, and they loved their stay there.

A cozy little retreat close and far enough from the business of Sea Point main road. Peaceful and quiet with good 24 hour security outside of the unit if you’re a single woman traveling on your own or if you have a car rental parked on the street.

We have just had a month's stay here and could not have been happier with everything - host, accommodation and location. The accommodation was spacious and extremely comfortable and we really felt at home. Spencer is an amazing host - he is on things straight away and is super friendly. The location was excellent - close to Constantia Village with shops and supermarkets and a short walk/drive to the wine farm Uitsig with its many restaurants which have lovely views and a really pretty rose garden. There is also a river walk a short way down the road from Spencer's house ( right turn past the horses) that is very pretty. We loved our long stay here and can highly recommend it to locals and visitors to Cape Town. Ticks all the boxes

Bob has stayed in various locations and his feedback regarding Newlands Studio was that it was amazing. From check in, he was made to feel comfortable and that he was welcome. From the host making sure someone greeted him, to making the additional effort to personally meeting Bob. He was very happy with the accommodation itself, as it was clean, organised and had a wonderful feeling to it. Sally and her husband were amazing hosts.

As a globetrotter, I have had my fair share of Airbnb and hotel stays over the years. I can confidently say that no accommodation I’ve ever had comes close to Kim’s place. What a stunning, clean and safe property. Aside from the property itself, the host is responsive, kind, and such a pleasure to meet. If you find this gem of a listing, consider yourself one of the chosen ones.

This is an ideal place to stay for anyone wanting to explore the Constantia area and its surroundings. It's on a beautiful, quiet street in an excellent suburb, with a lovely wine estate you are able to access to walk just a few minutes away. The rooms are lovely, clean, thoughtful and functional, and we particularly enjoyed having the Africa suite with its access to the garden on the one side (useful for our young son). Lee-Anne herself was also incredibly helpful and friendly. So for anyone wanting a top-notch base and comfortable sleeping place to explore the area and all it's wonderful restaurants and cafes, good golf courses, walks and hikes or to head down a quick 20 min to Muizenberg (check out St James tidal pool), this is a great place for a very good value.

I visited with my two teenage boys. Sam's AirBnB is perfectly located with quick/easy drives to all parts of Cape Town. She was great at communicating. The apartment was cute and private. Amazing pool with one of her dogs, Bandit, providing much entertainment while we swam :) Thanks, Sam, to you and your family for having us.

The room was very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city centre, hiking trails and other sites. The host was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return.

It was a real pleasure to stay at Gage's place. The location gave me good access to Seapoint's facilities and services, but be quiet and feel safe. The room is really comfortable, the plunge pool very nice, and Gage and his family were open, friendly and responsive. Communication about the alarm system was easy and straightforward, and I happily prepared my own meals with the microwave when I wanted to heat anything. It's a lovely place to stay on a good location.

This a wonderful place to stay if you like to be in a safe neighborhood and not in the middle of the city. Yet, with Uber it’s a short drive to downtown, restaurants, and the airport.

The host is extremely kind and accommodating of his guests. The surrounding area is safe and peaceful, negatives were that the place was smaller than depicted and the sliding door leading to the small garden area was not accessible to guests. Craig ist sehr freundlich und ich habe mich direkt zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist toll. Es gibt jeden Morgen frisches Obst und die Zimmer sind schön ruhig und sauber. Die Lage war top und sehr sicher.

Het huis van Glenda en Gavin is de leukste Airbnb waar ik ooit ben verbleven. Je hebt je eigen enorme privé appartement omgeven door groen. De buurt is geweldig veilig en heel mooi. Het bed lag heerlijk. Aan alles was gedacht. Van ontbijt broodjes en fruit (gebracht door het spook van Pembroke) tot een krultang en universele stekker. Ik voelde me helemaal vrij om daar mijn gang te gaan, ookal waren de bewoners om de hoek. Ze nodigden me uit om met hen een wijntje te drinken en samen te eten. Regelmatig werd de kamer opgeruimd en schoongemaakt (erg ongewoon voor een Airbnb) Ik zou deze plek aan iedereen aanbevelen en er zeker nog eens terugkomen. Glenda en Gavin dank jullie voor de gastvrijheid en de gezellige avond.

My stay was fantastic. The unit was private, secure, and had everything i needed! I would definitely recommend it especially for longer stays. The friendliness of the hosts made the stay all the more enjoyable. They made me feel right at home and very comfortable.

Great spot in a lovely and safe neighbourhood of Cape Town. It's ideal if you don't want to live in the super busy heart of the city, yet still want to be able to go there within a 20-minute drive. Annette is an incredibly hospitable, kind, and attentive host. I stayed for a week and highly recommend it for short stays.

A home away from home! The hosts were both so caring, and I felt very well looked after, especially as I'm travelling alone and my flight arrived very late at night. I stayed 2 nights and loved the location in green leafy Newlands - a 30 minute walk or very quick Uber to the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. I felt safe during my stay, andI very much appreciated the rusks, muffins, fruit and other treats - thank you B & A!
