Beautiful 1 bedroom basement suite in Rosewood. Separate keyless access. Clean and quiet new build neighbourhood close to parks, Tim Hortons, Costco, and grocery stores. Please note there is no cooking allowed in the suite, only fridge and microwave are avaliable. Limited towels per guest provided. We also have a young child who is an early riser, there may be noise and heavy footsteps. Please read ALL booking details. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.
