It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
