This semi-basement efficiency style apartment offers over 400 sq. ft of living space with a separate bathroom & walk-in closet. There are no cooking facilities, however, a microwave & refrigerator are included and a barbecue grill is also available upon request. The apartment opens onto a beautiful covered patio, and courtyard garden where you can enjoy the surrounding nature & tranquil island breeze.

Come stay in our 1-bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood. Ideal location for 5 minute drive to Downtown Christiansted Harbor where you can schedule boat tours to Buck Island, visit gift shops, restaurants and historic sites. Also, Frederiksted is a short drive to visit Rainbow Beach. The apartment is located at the end of the main house with your own private entrance. Fruit trees are all around the premises. Great for Business and Personal Getaways!
