L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Oggetto di recente ristrutturazione , sia interna che esterna, la casa conserva il suo fascino tradizionale pur offrendo comfort moderni e un alto grado di sostenibilità, grazie all’energia green prodotta dai pannelli solari. Disposta su due piani, può accogliere fino ad un massimo di 7 persone. I dintorni offrono percorsi di trekking e cicloturismo

Casa Roscetta, situated in the Hills of Umbria, with breathtaking views of the Italian countryside, especially the medieval town of Todi, only a 10 minute drive away. The outdoor pool and Wifi are part of the various high-end amenities available to our guests. The house was first renovated in the 1980's from a stone farm house. The pool was built in the 1990's and the entire house has just been completely renovated in 2020 to a high standard.

The house stands in a high position overlooking the entire Tiber valley with the shape of Lake Alviano in the foreground.
