Dolphins, pelicans, egrets can often be found playing, frolicking and fishing around the dock. Fishing poles are available for you & bait shops are near by. For entertainment and event venues , Riverside/Downtown is under 30 minutes away. A great place to relax and rest after a day of activities or on your way to your final travel destination.

Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Treehouse Hideaway in the Timucuan Preserve

Our treehouse is located on 1 of the many islands located within the Timucuan Ecological Preserve and has been branded as the North Florida Keys(it is accessible by car). The Hideaway was just recently remodeled with modern taste and simple design to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in every aspect of their stay. The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.

The XO House

Private gated driveway leads you to The XO House. The property is 2.5 acres. Parking is available for all the toys. Great for boaters. Close enough to downtown Jacksonville to see a Jaguar’s game or any event downtown. 8 miles from Mayport Naval Base. There are 3 parks located within a 3/4 of a mile. Fabulous views of the St. John’s River. Explore the trails and unique historical sites. The property is located at the highest point in Jacksonville. No one has these kind of views.

The house is right across the street from the Mayport Boat Ramp and St. John’s River Ferry with plenty of parking. You do not have to go far to enjoy fresh off the boat local seafood at two of the best seafood restaurants in town within walking distance.

Guest House is about 3-5 miles from the beach, the Naval base and the Coast Guard base. It's approximately 4 miles to Mayo Clinic. The ICW bridge is walking distance from our property. The property backs up to the woods and a stream runs through the back yard. It is very peaceful. There is a private parking driveway just for guests. Note: No pets allowed. Note: Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the property.
