Nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten mit der Adresse hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt dort, alles sauber, super Lage, da man inmitten einer belebten Straße ist und man so auch gut abends ohne Auto zurecht kommt. Außerdem waren es zu Fuß zum Strand auch nur 5 Minuten. Christos war auch sehr nett, hat gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants gegeben und war immer gut zu erreichen! Er und seine Familie waren sehr sympathisch! Einziges Manko: die Matratzen waren sehr hart, aber für ein paar Nächte ist das ja okay. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kreta fliegen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The stay was great. the apartment is really only a few minutes from the beach (on foot)! The place (Stalis) itself is very beautiful and has a lot to offer, as does the little kiosk right below the apartment. John is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Omg, what an amazing place! I had the best 2 nights sleep in my life! ( wish I could have stayed longer) You fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The bed and pillows are really comfy, something that is really important to me, as I’m a light sleeper. Poppi is extremely friendly. When I arrived she had cooked for me! I must have looked really hungry because it was food for about 10 people…. You have absolutely everything in this place, kitchen and bathroom is stocked with everything you need. Thank you - I’ll be back!

Eine super nette Familie die einen ganz herzlich aufnimmt, berät und weiterhilft wenn man Fragen hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer schlicht aber sauber. Man fühlt sich wirklich wohl.

we spent close to a week in this compact studio apt with the most amazing balcony space. the apt was clean, had everything needed to cook own meals, and although very close to tourist area it was exceptionally quiet. Kate was a great host, immediately available to resolve questions or help. her recommendations were spot on and appreciated. we spent many a happy hour on the beautiful balcony. we highly recommend.

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

Wirklich super! Ein Quartier, das sechs Sterne verdient. Tolle Aussicht, sehr ruhig, bestens ausgestattet. Auch klasse Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Das Beste aber sind Massimo und Despina. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Linda ist eine sehr hilfsbereite, großzügige und freundliche Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge nach Heraklion, zur Lassithi Hochebene oder an den Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

De 2e keer dat we bij Christina verbleven. We voelden ons weer erg welkom en thuis. Ons eigen huisje net buiten het centrum, nabij strand: goed beloopbaar of met citybus.

Wer eine sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Meeres sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. In Sitia findet man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein Lidl ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Danke für alles. Wir haben mehr als 2 Wochen in Aspasias Haus verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bette waren bequem, die Wohnung war sauber und wir haben alles gefunden, die wir gebraucht haben. Aspasia hat mir sogar eine Yogamatte organisiert. Die Kommunikation mit Aspasia ging reibungslos. Das Badezimmer ist nicht das Neuste, aber man merkt nicht viel davon, weil es eine Aussendusche gibt. Eine Katze besuchte uns jeden Tag, wir hoffen, dass sie weiterhin Futterquellen findet Wir haben auch die Umgebung sehr genossen, oft waren wir direkt am Strand unten in Keratokampos, auch teilweise zu Fuss. Aber die Strände rund herum sind alle sehr schön, meistens Kies am Ufer und Sand Richtung Meer. Man könnte bei ruhigem Wetter schnorcheln, bei Wind haben wir die Wellen. Es gibt auch zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Minimarket, Supermarket. Im Supermarket werden die Postkarten mittwochs Mittag auf die Post gebracht . Die Restaurants sind auch sehr gut, wir waren meistens in der Taverna Christina.

Very comfortable two bedrooms. Fantastic location right on the shore with their own access to the water. A lot of good restaurants with in a walking distance.

We loved the stay in Agios - Maria was very nice & flexible. Supermarket, lake, sea and restaurants surrounding the flat and the apartment is very sweet with everything u need for a couple of days in Agios. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very thankful for our time here :)

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Milena the host is really helpful and great with information. We stayed for a week having had Milena show us the apartment last year, when we stayed in Apartment 3. It was all we hoped for; felt like home from the first night. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by; and also a beautiful sea lounge called Kimzu (20 mins walk away) - we returned to Ag Nik as we loved our time here last year. The apartment and the resort in general is highly recommended!

Alles war sehr gut. Sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung (nicht zu viel, nicht zu wenig), gut ausgerüstet (inkl. Waschmachine), Küche sehr gut, mit Gewürzen und Kühlschrank war für uns mit Frühstückssachen gefüllt. Viele kleine gastfreundliche Details. Tolle Lage und schöne Aussicht. Nette Gastgeber und Tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt!

Apistoles ist der beste Gastgeber, den es geben kann. Er reagiert auf alles sehr schnell, ist total freundlich und kompetent und verwöhnte uns mit süßen Kleinigkeiten. Zudem gab er immer gute Tipps für Aktivitäten oder Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist sauber, absolut schick eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und entspricht den Fotos. Wie schon in anderen Rezessionen erwähnt, liegt sie sehr zentral und hat 2 Balkone. Für Einkäufe oder abendliche Aktivitäten ideal. Der Blick aufs Meer beim Frühstück ist unschlagbar, dafür nimmt man auch gerne Unruhe aus den Kneipen unterhalb in Kauf.

The room was nice and big, view from the balcony was really beautiful, pool was great and the location was the best. You can find everything you need in Istro - shops, tavernas, beautiful beaches. We loved it and we can certainly recommend!
