A wonderful villa in the Nuuksio National Park

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Mökkiunelmaa Karjalohjalla järven rannalla +palju

Viihtyisä mökki järven rannalla Karjalohjalla odottaa sinua noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä pääkaupunkiseudulta. Mökissä on tupa, makuuhuone, makuualkovi, eteinen, pukuhuone ja sauna (n.44m2). Tämän lisäksi vieraiden käytössä on vierastupa, josta löytyy kaksi erillistä pientä huonetta ja nukkumatilat maksimissaan kolmelle. Parhaimmillaan mökin tilat ovat talvikuukausina 2-4 henkilön käytössä, mutta kesäaikaan mahtuu isompikin porukka. Täällä pääset rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan omasta rauhasta.

Rakkaudella remontoitu paritalo. Makuuhuoneissa 180 cm ja 140 cm leveät parivuoteet. Olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Työpöytä etätyöntekijöille. Ilmainen autopaikka asunnon edessä (sähköauton lataus lisämaksusta). Rauhallinen leikkipiha lapsille aivan huoneiston vieressä. Hyvät bussiyhteydet (mm. Matinkylän metrolle) ja kävelymatka lähikauppaan. Valaistut kuntopolut lähtevät kadun toiselta puolen. Rauhallinen, aidattu oma takapiha, jonne ilta-aurinko paistaa. Erinomainen kohde lapsiperheille!

Kaunis vastaremontoitu mökki ja suuri rinnetontti puhtaan Storträsk-järven rannalla. Piha on rauhallinen ja luonnonkaunis paikka lomapäivän viettoon jossa naapuritkaan eivät ole näkö etäisyydellä. Terassilta voit ihailla järvimaisemaa tai metsän elämää. Sauna on aivan rannan tuntumassa, veneellä tai sub-laudalla voit lähteä soutelemaan tai kalastelemaan. Talvisinkin pääsee aina uimaan. Pihalta löytyy mm. kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli sekä nuotiopaikka. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

Huoneisto sijaitsee omakotitalon pihapiirin erillisessä sivurakennuksessa. Huoneistossa on parisänky (jonka voi haluttaessa erottaa kahdeksi erilliseksi vuoteeksi), sohva, TV-kaappi, ruokailuryhmä, keittiö ja WC suihkulla. Omistaja asuu samassa pihapiirissä olevassa päärakennuksessa. Pihalla on tilaa autolle. Paikka soveltuu erityisesti luonnosta ja retkeilystä kiinnostuneille ihmisille. My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
