Lilac Villa Skegness

Lilac Villa is a very large and beautiful 5 bedroom Edwardian Style House, dated 1906, converted to a Holiday Home in Skegness. Just five minutes walk to the beach (dog friendly )and to the Sea Front and main promenade. The property is located in the quieter North part of the town, however it's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. From the kitchen are double french doors onto the deck. Which has seating and a barbecue for your use. The garden is enclosed with a firepit and grass area.

There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. Hurricane, RAF Wainfleet

Hurricane is based on the old RAF Wainfleet site and was originally one of the auxiliary buildings to the control tower, which is now also operating as a holiday let. This 2 bedroom property can be configured with double beds or with twin beds in both bedrooms. There is also a sofa-bed allowing space for 6 guests to sleep in comfort. Hurricane has it's own private garden and hot tub. Pets are welcome at a charge of £20 per pet per stay.
