Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 15’ από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου και 5’ με τα πόδια από το κεντρικότερο δρόμο του νησιού, την οδό Παπαδιαμάντη. Η πιο κοντινή παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7’ με τα πόδια και είναι η μεγάλη άμμος. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν την Σκιάθο για λίγες μέρες έχοντας αυτή την υπέροχη θέα. Επίσης το διαμέρισμα απέχει 5’ από τον περιφερειακό δρόμο του νησιού, όπου κάνεις μπορεί να πάρει το λεωφορείο και να επισκεφτεί όλες τις διαθέσιμες παραλίες που τις συνδέει.

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

It is a traditional country house, consisting of four private apartments (out of which three are available for leasing) making it an ideal holiday destination for large families and groups of friends. (The apartments can be rented separately, and price will be given upon request)
