Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο, διαμπερές και με υπέροχη θέα. Ό,τι χρειαστεί κανείς είναι δίπλα του και είναι ιδανικό για παρέες όπως και οικογένειες. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική σκάλα. Περιέχει κουζίνα, δυο μπάνια, τρία υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, ένα μπαλκόνι και μία ταράτσα.

Διαμέρισμα 40 τ.μ. δύο υπνοδωματίων. Το κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο έχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον τρίτο όροφο και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο με σκάλα. Μεγάλο ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι 60 τ.μ. με Barbeque. Μοναδική θέα προς τη θάλασσα. Το διαμέρισμα έχει επίσης κουζίνα και μπάνιο.
