Our cabin is a quiet cozy place. Located in Svarfhólsskógur in Hvalfjördur, only 45 minutes drive from the city. Beautiful views of mountains and woods all around the cabin. The area around the cabin is wooded with low growing birch trees typical of the Icelandic woods. As a base for sightseeing on the west coast this is a great location. Close to Snaefellsnes, and also the many sights in Borgarfjördur, waterfalls, glaciers, caves and much more. If you enjoy nature this is the place for you.

The cottage is luxurious and has an outdoor natural water hot tub from where you can enjoy the Northern Lights or the fantastic sunset. Come for a stay at a farm in the South-west part of Iceland. Enjoy the nature on a conventional Icelandic farm. During winter you might see the northern lights and experience the constant day during summer. Dairy cows, sheep and horses roam around on the farm in the summer but stay inside during winter. Additionally, a total of 4 dogs live, work and play on the farm. This is a working farm so don't be alarmed by tractors and all sorts of farm noise and smells.
